أقدم لكم وصفة جديدة وهذه المرة بالشراكة مع Boursin® بالثوم والأعشاب الدقيقة. هذا الريزوتو لذيذ للغاية ودسم للغاية بمكونات بسيطة. لقد أضفت بعض البندق للقوام المقرمش والكوسا ، لكن يمكنك إضافة خضروات أخرى أثناء انتظار الأخير في موسم كامل. وصفة سهلة جدا وقبل كل شيء لذيذة جدا تتمنى !!
Recette pour 4 personnes :
2 كراث
3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
300 جرام أرز ريزوتو
10 سنتيلتر من النبيذ الأبيض
1 لتر من مرق الخضار
150 جرام ثوم وأعشاب بورسين
ملح فلفل
بعض البندق المحمص
2 حبة كوسة (كنت أستخدم كوسة بيضاء)
Instructions :
يُسكب زيت الزيتون والكراث المقشر والمفروم جيدًا في المقلاة.
يُطهى لمدة 5 دقائق على نار خفيفة ثم يُضاف الأرز.
يُطهى لمدة 1 دقيقة ، ويخلط جيدًا.
يُسكب في النبيذ الأبيض ويُطهى حتى يُمتص جيدًا.
ثم صب ثلث جيد من المرق واتركه يمتص ، مع التحريك من وقت لآخر. أضف باقي المرق على دفعتين إضافيتين. سيستغرق الأمر حوالي 20 دقيقة.
في هذه الأثناء ، نقطع الكوسة إلى شرائح ونقليها في مقلاة بزيت الزيتون على نار عالية إلى حد ما.
يجب أن يلونوا بشكل جيد.
عندما يتم امتصاص كل المرق ، أضف Boursin®.
سوف تذوب بسرعة! الفلفل حسب رغبتك ، ولكن احترس من الملح ، فإن Boursin® مالح قليلاً بالفعل!
قدمي أرز بورسين مع الكوسة المشوية وبعض البندق المشوي لإضافة القليل من القرمشة. فرحة!! أقوم أيضًا بإضافة القليل من Boursin® في قطع صغيرة.
