Risotto au Boursin® et courgettes

Je vous propose une nouvelle recette et cette fois en partenariat avec Boursin® à l’ail et fines herbes. Ce risotto est absolument délicieux et bien crémeux avec des ingrédients simples. J’ai ajouté quelques noisettes pour la texture craquante et des courgettes, mais vous pouvez mettre un autre légume en attendant la pleine saison de ces dernières. Une recette très facile et surtout bien savoureuse à souhait !!

Instructions

Versez l’huile d’olive et les échalotes épluchées et finement hachées dans la casserole.
Laissez cuire 5 minutes sur feu doux puis versez le riz.
Laissez cuire 1 minute en mélangeant bien.
Versez le vin blanc et laissez cuire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien absorbé.
Versez alors un bon tiers du bouillon puis laissez-le s’absorber en mélangeant de temps en temps. Ajoutez le reste du bouillon encore en deux fois. Cela va prendre en gros 20 minutes.
Pendant ce temps coupez les courgettes en tranches puis faites-les sauter dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive sur feu assez soutenu.
Elles doivent joliment se colorer.
Quand tout le bouillon a été absorbé, ajoutez le Boursin®.
Il va vite fondre ! Poivrez à votre goût, mais attention au sel, le Boursin® est déjà un peu salé !
Servez le risotto au Boursin® avec les courgettes grillées et quelques noisettes grillées pour ajouter un peu de croquant. Un délice !! J’ajoute en plus un peu de Boursin® en petits morceaux.

I have a new recipe for you, this time in partnership with Boursin® with garlic and fine herbs. This risotto is absolutely delicious and creamy with simple ingredients. I added some hazelnuts for the crunchy texture and zucchini, but you can put in another vegetable while you wait for zucchini to be in full season. A very easy recipe and especially very tasty!

Recette pour 4 personnes :

2 shallots
3 tablespoons of olive oil
300g of risotto rice
10cl of white wine
1 liter of vegetable broth
150g of Boursin® garlic and herbs
salt pepper
a few roasted hazelnuts
2 zucchinis (I took white ones)

Instructions :

Pour the olive oil and the peeled and finely chopped shallots into the pan.

Cook for 5 minutes on low heat and then pour in the rice.

Cook for 1 minute, stirring well.

Pour in the white wine and cook until it is well absorbed.

Pour in a good third of the broth and let it absorb, stirring from time to time. Add the rest of the broth again in two batches. This will take about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the zucchini into slices and sauté them in a pan with olive oil over fairly high heat.

They should color nicely.

When all the broth has been absorbed, add the Boursin®.

It will melt quickly! Pepper to taste, but be careful with the salt, Boursin® is already a little salty!

Serve the Boursin® risotto with the grilled zucchini and a few toasted hazelnuts for added crunch. A delight! I also add a bit of Boursin® in small pieces.
