Não sou o maior fã do chá verde matcha, mas estes biscoitos que desenvolvi são irresistíveis! O sabor do chá ainda lá está, mas é suavizado pelo chocolate branco e por um ingrediente especial que acrescentei. Estes cookies têm uma consistência perfeita nos meus olhos. São tenras e permanecem macias por dentro.
Receita para 13 biscoitos :
210g de manteiga semi-salgada
190g de açúcar castanho
60g de ovo
60g de leite em pó integral
190g de farinha
55g de farinha de milho
10g de chá verde matcha para cozinhar
25g de pó de amêndoa
210g de chocolate branco (usei Cacao Barry Zephyr)
Misture a manteiga semi-salgada com o açúcar mascavado até obter uma espécie de creme.
Adicionar os 60g de ovo e o leite em pó integral.
Misturar e adicionar a farinha, o chá verde matcha, a farinha de milho e o pó de amêndoa. Posso confirmar que não utilizo qualquer fermento (nem fermento em pó nem bicarbonato de sódio).
Misturar e desta vez deitar no chocolate branco.
Uma última mistura e ponto final!
Pesar bolas de 75g e achatá-las ligeiramente à mão. Colocá-los sobre um tapete ou papel vegetal.
