No soy la mayor fan del té verde matcha, pero estas galletas que he desarrollado son irresistibles. El sabor del té sigue ahí, pero se suaviza con el chocolate blanco y un ingrediente especial que he añadido. Estas galletas tienen una consistencia perfecta a mi parecer. Son tiernos y permanecen blandos por dentro.
Receta para 13 galletas :
210 g de mantequilla semisalada
190g de azúcar moreno
60g de huevo
60 g de leche entera en polvo
190g de harina
55g de harina de maíz
10g de té verde matcha para cocinar
25g de polvo de almendra
210 g de chocolate blanco (he utilizado Cacao Barry Zephyr)
Mezclar la mantequilla semi-salada con el azúcar moreno hasta obtener una especie de crema.
Añadir los 60 g de huevo y la leche entera en polvo.
Mezclar y añadir la harina, el té verde matcha, la harina de maíz y la almendra en polvo. Puedo confirmar que no utilizo ningún agente leudante (ni levadura en polvo ni bicarbonato de sodio).
Mezclar y esta vez verter el chocolate blanco.
¡Una última mezcla y ya está!
Pesar las bolas de 75 g y aplastarlas ligeramente con la mano. Colóquelos en un tapete o papel para hornear.
