210 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة

60 جرام بيضة
60 جرام حليب بودرة كامل الدسم

55 جرام نشاء ذرة
10 جرام شاي ماتشا أخضر للطبخ
25 جرام لوز مطحون
210 جرام من الشوكولاتة البيضاء (استخدمت Zéphyr de Cacao Barry)
اخلطي الزبدة شبه المملحة والسكر البني حتى تحصلي على نوع من الكريمة.
أضف 60 جم من البيض ومسحوق الحليب كامل الدسم.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الدقيق وشاي ماتشا الأخضر ونشا الذرة ومسحوق اللوز. أؤكد أنني لا أضع عامل تخمير (لا مسحوق الخبز ولا بيكربونات الصوديوم).
نمزج وهذه المرة نسكب الشوكولاتة البيضاء.
مزيج أخير وأنت انتهيت!
تزن 75 جرامًا من الزلابية وتُسطحها يدويًا قليلاً. ضعها على حصيرة أو ورق خبز.
