Depois das férias e das galetas, proponho uma receita leve. Estou só a brincar, mas fiz este bolo e um dia tenho de o publicar no meu blogue de culinária! Será perfeito para um lanche para todos os amantes de banana, chocolate e manteiga de amendoim. Um bolo despretensioso e muito fácil de fazer!
Receita para um bolo de 30cm:
270g de manteiga semi-salgada derretida
240g de açúcar de cana
230g de ovo
150g de carne de banana
320g de farinha
5g de fermento em pó
160g de lascas de chocolate
250g de manteiga de amendoim crocante não adoçada
Colocar a manteiga semi-salgada derretida, açúcar de cana e ovos numa tigela e misturar bem.
Adicionar o puré de carne de banana com um garfo.
Verter a farinha e o fermento em pó.
Misturar bem e terminar adicionando as lascas de chocolate.
Colocar papel impermeável a gordura numa forma de bolo de 30cm de comprimento. Despeje uma base de massa e depois ponha algumas colheres de manteiga de amendoim (para mim a melhor marca é “Toda a terra”, não sou pago para o dizer! 🙂 ).
Colocar mais um pouco de massa e depois mais algumas colheres de manteiga de amendoim e assim por diante. até que toda a massa e os 250g de manteiga de amendoim estejam dentro.
Cozer durante 1h25 num forno pré-aquecido a 155°C.
Deixe-o arrefecer antes de comer!
Cake banane, chocolat et beurre de cacahuète

Après les fêtes et les galettes, je vous propose une recette light… Bon je plaisante, mais j’avais réalisé ce cake et je dois bien le poster un jour sur mon blog de cuisine ! Il sera parfait pour un goûter pour tous les amoureux de banane, de chocolat et de beurre de cacahuète. Un gâteau sans prétention et très facile à faire !
Mettez le beurre demi-sel fondu, le sucre de canne et les œufs dans un récipient et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez la chair de banane écrasée à la fourchette.
Versez la farine et la levure chimique.
Mélangez bien puis terminez en ajoutant les pépites de chocolat.
Mettez du papier sulfurisé dans un moule à cake de 30cm de longueur. Versez un fond de pâte puis mettez quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète.
Remettez de la pâte puis à nouveau quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète et ainsi de suite. jusqu’à mettre tout la pâte et les 250g de beurre de cacahuète.
Mettez à cuire 1h25 dans un four préchauffé sur chaleur tournante à 155°C. Laissez tiédir avant de dévorer !
