Cake banane, chocolat et beurre de cacahuète

Après les fêtes et les galettes, je vous propose une recette light… Bon je plaisante, mais j’avais réalisé ce cake et je dois bien le poster un jour sur mon blog de cuisine ! Il sera parfait pour un goûter pour tous les amoureux de banane, de chocolat et de beurre de cacahuète. Un gâteau sans prétention et très facile à faire !

Ingredients

270 g beurre demi-sel fondu
240 g sucre cassonade
230 g œuf
150 g chair de banane
320 g farine
160 g pépites de chocolat
250 g beurre de cacahuètes crunchy non sucré

Instructions

Mettez le beurre demi-sel fondu, le sucre de canne et les œufs dans un récipient et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez la chair de banane écrasée à la fourchette.
Versez la farine et la levure chimique.
Mélangez bien puis terminez en ajoutant les pépites de chocolat.
Mettez du papier sulfurisé dans un moule à cake de 30cm de longueur. Versez un fond de pâte puis mettez quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète.
Remettez de la pâte puis à nouveau quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète et ainsi de suite. jusqu’à mettre tout la pâte et les 250g de beurre de cacahuète.
Mettez à cuire 1h25 dans un four préchauffé sur chaleur tournante à 155°C. Laissez tiédir avant de dévorer !

After the holidays and the galettes, I propose you a light recipe… Well I’m kidding, but I had made this cake and I have to post it on my cooking blog one day! It will be perfect for a snack for all banana, chocolate and peanut butter lovers. An unpretentious and very easy to make cake!

Recipe for a 30cm cake:

270g of melted semi-salted butter
240g of cane sugar
230g of egg
150g of banana flesh
320g of flour
5g of baking powder
160g of chocolate chips
250g unsweetened crunchy peanut butter

Put the melted semi-salted butter, cane sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well.

Add the mashed banana flesh with a fork.

Pour in the flour and baking powder.

Mix well and finish by adding the chocolate chips.

Put parchment paper in a 30cm long cake tin. Pour a base of dough then put a few spoonfuls of peanut butter (for me the best brand is “Whole earth”, I’m not paid to say so! 🙂 ).

Add more dough and then a few more spoonfuls of peanut butter and so on. until all the dough and the 250g of peanut butter are in.

Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 155°C.

Let cool before devouring!
