بعد الاجازات و الجاليت اقدم لكم وصفة خفيفة … حسنًا ، أنا أمزح ، لكنني صنعت هذه الكعكة ويجب أن أنشرها يومًا ما على مدونة الطبخ الخاصة بي! سيكون مثالياً لتناول وجبة خفيفة لجميع محبي الموز والشوكولاتة وزبدة الفول السوداني. كعكة بسيطة وسهلة للغاية!
وصفة كعكة 30 سم:
270 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة ذائبة
240 جرام سكر قصب
230 جرام بيضة
150 جرام من لحم الموز
320 جرام طحين
5 جرام بيكنج بودر
160 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة
250 جرام زبدة فول سوداني مقرمشة غير محلاة
ضعي الزبدة شبه المملحة وقصب السكر والبيض في وعاء واخلطيهم جيدًا.
يضاف لب الموز المهروس بالشوكة.
أضف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر.
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف رقائق الشوكولاتة.
ضعي ورق الزبدة في قالب كيك بطول 30 سم. صب قاعدة من العجين ثم ضع بضع ملاعق من زبدة الفول السوداني (بالنسبة لي أفضل علامة تجارية هي “الأرض الكاملة” ، أنا لست مدفوعة لأقولها! :-)).
ضعي المزيد من العجين ثم مرة أخرى بضع ملاعق من زبدة الفول السوداني وما إلى ذلك. حتى تحصل على كل العجينة و 250 جرام من زبدة الفول السوداني.
تخبز لمدة ساعة و 25 دقيقة في فرن محمى على حرارة 155 درجة مئوية.
دعها تبرد قبل أن تلتهم!
Cake banane, chocolat et beurre de cacahuète

Après les fêtes et les galettes, je vous propose une recette light… Bon je plaisante, mais j’avais réalisé ce cake et je dois bien le poster un jour sur mon blog de cuisine ! Il sera parfait pour un goûter pour tous les amoureux de banane, de chocolat et de beurre de cacahuète. Un gâteau sans prétention et très facile à faire !
Mettez le beurre demi-sel fondu, le sucre de canne et les œufs dans un récipient et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez la chair de banane écrasée à la fourchette.
Versez la farine et la levure chimique.
Mélangez bien puis terminez en ajoutant les pépites de chocolat.
Mettez du papier sulfurisé dans un moule à cake de 30cm de longueur. Versez un fond de pâte puis mettez quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète.
Remettez de la pâte puis à nouveau quelques cuillerées de beurre de cacahuète et ainsi de suite. jusqu’à mettre tout la pâte et les 250g de beurre de cacahuète.
Mettez à cuire 1h25 dans un four préchauffé sur chaleur tournante à 155°C. Laissez tiédir avant de dévorer !
