¡Una tarta hecha en 5 minutos! Cuando volví de Marruecos, tenía en mente hacer una especie de pastel rico con sabores particulares: miel, azahar, sémola de trigo duro y ghee (no smenn porque a veces lo encuentro demasiado fuerte). Está hecho con esta dulzura perfecta para un aperitivo con un vaso de té de menta. Yo lo he horneado en un molde savarín, pero por supuesto puedes hacerlo en el tamaño que quieras.
Receta para un molde de savarín de 24 cm:
150 g de harina
230 g de sémola de trigo duro mediana (¡no cuscús!)
170g de azúcar
2 huevos
185g de leche fermentada
55g de miel
15g de agua de azahar
70g de ghee
70g de mantequilla
1/2 paquete de levadura en polvo
Mezclar el azúcar, la harina y la sémola de trigo duro media.
Añadir los huevos y la leche fermentada.
Verter la miel y el agua de azahar.
Derretir la mantequilla y el ghee juntos. Si no encuentra ghee (una mantequilla clarificada y ligeramente fermentada), puede utilizar sólo mantequilla (que hace 140).
¡Salta a la masa!
Mezclar bien y finalmente añadir la levadura en polvo. Mezclar de nuevo a fondo.
Verter en el molde de su elección. Engrasarlo previamente, ya sea con mantequilla o con un poco de spray desmoldante. La masa debe alcanzar un máximo de dos tercios de la altura.
Hornear a 180°C durante unos 40 minutos. Compruebe si está hecho clavando un cuchillo y la hoja debe salir seca.
Sacar del molde y dejar enfriar durante 5 minutos antes de volcarlo en una rejilla de horno.
