Um bolo feito em 5 minutos! Quando regressei de Marrocos, tinha em mente fazer uma espécie de bolo rico com sabores particulares: mel, flor de laranjeira, sêmola de trigo duro e ghee (não smenn porque às vezes o acho demasiado forte). É feito com esta doçura perfeita para um lanche com um copo de chá de menta. Cozi-o num molde de savarin, mas é claro que o pode fazer no tamanho que quiser.
Receita para um molde de savarin de 24 cm:
150g de farinha
230g de sêmola de trigo duro médio (não cuscuz!!)
170g de açúcar
2 ovos
185g de leite fermentado
55g mel
15g de água de flor de laranjeira
70g ghee
70g de manteiga
1/2 pacote de fermento em pó
Misturar o açúcar, farinha e sêmola de trigo duro médio.
Acrescentar os ovos e o leite fermentado.
Verter o mel e a água da flor de laranjeira.
Derreter a manteiga e o ghee juntos. Se não encontrar ghee (uma manteiga clarificada e ligeiramente fermentada), pode utilizar apenas manteiga (que faz 140).
Salte para a massa!
Misturar bem e finalmente adicionar o fermento em pó. Misturar de novo cuidadosamente.
Despeje no molde da sua escolha. Lubrifique-o previamente, quer com manteiga ou um pouco de spray de libertação. A massa deve atingir um máximo de dois terços da altura.
Cozer a 180°C durante cerca de 40 minutos. Verificar a dádiva enfiando-lhe uma faca e a lâmina deve sair seca.
Retirar da lata e deixar arrefecer durante 5 minutos antes de se virar para uma assadeira.
