كعكة مصنوعة في 5 دقائق! En rentrant du Maroc, j’avais en tête de réaliser une sorte de cake riche aux saveurs particulières: du miel, de la fleur d’oranger, de la semoule de blé dur et du ghee (pas du smenn car je le trouve parfois trop قوي). يتم ذلك بهذه الحلاوة المثالية لتذوقها مع كوب من الشاي بالنعناع. لقد طبخته في قالب سافارين ، لكن يمكنك بالطبع صنعه بأي تنسيق تريده.
وصفة لقالب سافارين 24 سم:
150 جرام طحين
230 جرام من سميد القمح القاسي المتوسط (بدون كسكس ، هاه!)
170 جرام سكر
2 بيض
185 جرام حليب مخمر
55 جرام عسل
15 جرام ماء زهر
70 جرام سمن
70 جرام زبدة
1/2 كيس من مسحوق الخبز
اخلطي السكر والدقيق وسميد القمح القاسي المتوسط.
أضف البيض والحليب المخمر.
يُسكب العسل وماء الزهر.
نذوب الزبدة والسمن معا. إذا لم تتمكن من العثور على السمن (زبدة مصفاة ومخمرة قليلاً) ، يمكنك وضع الزبدة فقط (أي 140).
قفز في العجين!
نخلط جيداً ونضيف البيكنج بودر في النهاية. تخلط جيدا مرة أخرى.
تصب في القالب الذي تختاره. دهنها مسبقًا ، إما بالزبدة أو بقليل من رذاذ إطلاق العفن. يجب أن تصل العجينة إلى ثلثي الارتفاع كحد أقصى.
تخبز في درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة أربعين دقيقة. تحقق من النضج عن طريق إدخال سكين ، يجب أن تخرج نصله نظيفًا.
