En pleno verano, sueño con un buen sorbete de frutas de temporada. Bueno, ¡también lo admito en invierno! Te ofrezco esta sencilla receta, porque en estos momentos estoy escribiendo mi próximo libro, ¡el quinto ya! Así que me estoy tomando un tiempo para mí y en septiembre habrá más recetas nuevas. ¡Así que aquí estoy y lejos de abandonar mi blog que pronto cumplirá 10 años! Sólo necesito algo de tiempo para meterme en mi nuevo libro. Mientras tanto, disfruta del helado. Los talleres ya están programados hasta el 6 de octubre. ¡El programa está ahí!
Para un litro de sorbete :
700 g de pulpa de melocotón madura y jugosa
450 g de jarabe de caña de azúcar
zumo de un limón
eso es todo…
Utilice melocotones hermosos, maduros y jugosos para su sorbete.
Pelarlas y pesar la cantidad necesaria. Verter la pulpa en una batidora con el zumo de limón y el jarabe de caña de azúcar.
Encender para obtener un puré fino.
Verter en la heladora. Empieza por 35-40 minutos. Todo depende del modelo que tengas.
El sorbete cuajará lentamente.
Hasta que se vuelve irresistible.
A continuación, viértalo en un tarro y métalo en el congelador durante al menos 3 horas. Disfruta del sorbete con, por ejemplo, unos bonitos tuiles de almendra. ¡Mi receta está AQUÍ!
