In the heart of summer, I dream of a good seasonal fruit sorbet. Well, I confess to you in winter too ! I propose you this simple recipe, because at the moment I am on the writing of my next book, the 5th already ! So I’m taking some time for myself and September will see more new recipes. So I’m here and far from abandoning my blog which will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary! Just need a little time to dive into my new book. In the meantime, enjoy the ice cream. Workshops are already scheduled until October 6. The program is over there!
For one liter of sorbet :
700g of ripe and juicy peach flesh
450g of sugar cane syrup
juice of one lemon
that’s all…
Take for your sorbet, beautiful ripe and juicy peaches.
Peel them and weigh them out. Pour the flesh into a blender with the lemon juice and sugar cane syrup.
Pour into your ice cream maker. Turn on for 35-40 minutes. It all depends on the model you have.
The sorbet will set slowly.
Until it becomes irresistible.
Pour into a jar and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Enjoy the sorbet with beautiful almond tuiles, for example! My recipe is HERE!
