Em meados do Verão, sonho com um bom sorbet de fruta da época. Bem, admito que no Inverno também! Ofereço-vos esta simples receita, porque neste momento estou a escrever o meu próximo livro, o 5º já! Por isso, estou a tirar algum tempo para mim e em Setembro verei mais receitas novas. Por isso, estou aqui e longe de abandonar o meu blogue que em breve celebrará o seu 10º aniversário! Só preciso de algum tempo para entrar no meu novo livro. Entretanto, desfrute do gelado. Os Workshops estão já agendados até 6 de Outubro. O programa está ali!
Para um litro de sorvete :
700g de carne de pêssego madura e suculenta
450g de xarope de cana de açúcar
sumo de um limão
é tudo…
Use pêssegos lindos, maduros e suculentos para o seu sorbet.
Descascá-los e pesar a quantidade necessária. Verter a carne para um liquidificador com o sumo de limão e o xarope de cana de açúcar.
Ligue-se para obter um puré fino.
Despeje na sua máquina de gelados. Começar durante 35-40 minutos. Tudo depende do modelo que se tem.
O sorbet vai-se pôr lentamente.
Até se tornar irresistível.
Depois deitar num frasco e colocar no congelador durante pelo menos 3 horas. Desfrute do sorbet com, por exemplo, belos tuiles de amêndoa! A minha receita é AQUI!
