Un gran clásico preparado con mangos frescos. Si tienes una máquina de hacer helados. ¡Pero también propongo una versión con batidora y mangos congelados sin la heladora!
Receta para un litro de sorbete:
-2 mangos frescos, es decir, 750 g de pulpa de mango
250 g de jarabe de caña (o un tercio del peso de la pulpa del mango)
-el zumo de medio limón
Empiece por lavar bien los mangos.
Cortar los mangos por ambos lados del hueso y sacar la pulpa directamente con una cuchara, luego sacar todo lo que queda alrededor del hueso. Poner esta pulpa en una batidora con el jarabe de caña de azúcar y el zumo de limón.
Licuar y colocar inmediatamente en una heladera.
Poner en un tarro y guardar en el congelador durante al menos 3 horas antes de servir.
Para un helado 100% saludable, compre mangos cortados de Picard en paquetes de 450g. Córtalos en trozos. Poner en la batidora el yogur de mango 0% y unos trozos de mango. Poner en marcha la batidora e ir añadiendo los trozos de mango. Endulzar con aspartamo depende de usted. Una vez mezclados todos los mangos, servir inmediatamente, ¡es una auténtica delicia sin escrúpulos!
