كلاسيكية رائعة محضرة بالمانجو الطازج. شريطة أن يكون لديك صانع الآيس كريم! لكني أقدم لكم أيضًا نسخة مع خلاط ومانجو مجمد بدون صانع الآيس كريم !!
وصفة لتر من شربات:
-2 مانجو طازجة ، أي 750 جرام من لب المانجو
-250 جرام شراب قصب السكر (أو ثلث وزن لب المانجو!)
– عصير نصف ليمونة
ابدأ بغسل المانجو جيدًا.
قطع على كل جانب من القلب يُستخرج المانجو من اللحم مباشرة بملعقة ، ثم كل ما تبقى حول النوى. ضعي هذا اللحم في الخلاط مع شراب قصب السكر وعصير الليمون.
خلاط ووضع على الفور صانع الآيس كريم.
ضعيها في مرطبان وخزنيها في الفريزر لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل قبل التقديم.
للحصول على آيس كريم غذائي 100٪ ، قم بشراء قطع المانجو من بيكارد في علبة 450 جرام. قطعها إلى قطع. ضعي زبادي مانجو بنسبة 0٪ وقليل من قطع المانجو في الخلاط. ابدأ الخلاط وأضف قطع المانجو تدريجيًا. التحلية بالأسبارتام تناسب ذوق الجميع. بمجرد خلط جميع المانجو ، قدمها على الفور ، إنها متعة حقيقية دون أي قلق !!!
