Um grande clássico preparado com mangas frescas. Se tiver uma máquina de gelados! Mas também proponho uma versão com liquidificador e mangas congeladas sem a máquina de gelados!
Receita para um litro de sorvete:
-2 mangas frescas, ou seja, 750g de carne de manga
250g de xarope de cana (ou um terço do peso da carne de manga!)
-o sumo de meio limão
Comece por lavar bem as mangas.
Cortar as mangas de ambos os lados do fosso e retirar a carne directamente com uma colher, depois retirar tudo o que resta à volta do fosso. Colocar esta carne num misturador com o xarope de cana de açúcar e sumo de limão.
Misturar e colocar imediatamente numa máquina de gelados.
Colocar num frasco e guardar no congelador durante pelo menos 3 horas antes de servir.
Para um gelado 100% saudável, comprar mangas cortadas de Picard em embalagens de 450g. Cortá-los em pedaços. Colocar 0% iogurte de manga e alguns pedaços de manga num liquidificador. Ligue o misturador e adicione as peças de manga à medida que avança. A adoçamento com aspartame é da sua responsabilidade. Uma vez misturadas todas as mangas, servir imediatamente, é um verdadeiro deleite sem qualquer escrúpulo!
