Me gusta traer una nueva receta de magdalenas de vez en cuando. Lo que más me gusta: estar en el taller y poner los ingredientes a mi gusto, ¡cruzando los dedos para que el resultado sea el esperado! Esta receta tiene un verdadero sabor a otoño, con nueces, jarabe de arce, chocolate con leche y un toque de canela. Una delicia. Me encanta comerlos en el desayuno o tomar un trocito para merendar (¡sí, incluso a mi edad, sigo haciendo meriendas!).
Receta:
145 g de mantequilla semisalada
125 g de azúcar de caña integral
50g de azúcar
210 g de nata líquida
2 huevos
130 g de jarabe de arce
315g de harina
1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
5g de polvo de hornear
125 g de pacanas
125 g de chispas de chocolate con leche
Poner en un bol la mantequilla semi-salada derretida, el azúcar integral, el azúcar, la nata, los huevos y el sirope de arce. Mezclar hasta obtener una consistencia cremosa.
En un recipiente aparte, coloque la harina, la canela y la levadura en polvo.
Verter la mezcla de harina en la crema.
Añade las nueces picadas y los trozos de chocolate con leche.
Vierte en tus moldes para magdalenas, en los que previamente habrás introducido una bandeja de papel en cada molde.
Hornear a 160°C durante 50 minutos. ¡Las magdalenas se han hinchado muy bien!
Como de costumbre, utilicé el molde metálico para magdalenas de corona grande de Chicago que compré hace años en Montreal para hacer magdalenas atómicas. Pero es difícil encontrarlo hoy en día o es muy caro en amazon. Pero esta receta funciona perfectamente con los clásicos moldes para magdalenas. ????
