Gosto de lhe trazer uma nova receita de muffin de vez em quando. O que eu mais gosto: estar na oficina e juntar ingredientes como me apetece, mantendo os dedos cruzados que o resultado é o que eu quero! Há um verdadeiro sabor de Outono nesta receita com nozes pecã, xarope de ácer, chocolate de leite e uma pitada de canela. Uma delícia! Adoro comê-los ao pequeno-almoço ou levar um pequeno pedaço para um lanche (sim, mesmo com a minha idade, ainda faço lanches!!).
Receita:
145g de manteiga semi-salgada
125g de açúcar de cana integral
50g de açúcar
210g de natas gordas cheias
2 ovos
130g de xarope de ácer
315g de farinha
1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó
5g de fermento em pó
125g de nozes pecan
125g de pedaços de chocolate de leite
Colocar a manteiga semi-salgada derretida, açúcar integral, açúcar, natas, ovos e xarope de ácer numa tigela. Misturar até obter uma consistência cremosa.
Numa tigela separada, colocar a farinha, a canela e o fermento em pó.
Verter a mistura de farinha para o creme.
Adicionar as nozes pecan picadas e as lascas de chocolate de leite.
Despeje nas suas latas de muffin, nas quais inseriu previamente um tabuleiro de papel em cada molde.
Cozer a 160°C durante 50 minutos. Os muffins incharam bem!
Como de costume, usei uma grande panela de coroa metálica de Chicago que comprei há anos em Montreal para fazer muffins atómicos. Mas é difícil encontrá-lo hoje em dia ou é muito caro na amazónia. Mas esta receita funciona perfeitamente com as clássicas latas de muffin! ????
