أحب بين الحين والآخر أن أقدم لكم وصفة جديدة من الكعك. أكثر ما يعجبني: أن أجد نفسي في ورشة العمل وأضع المكونات كما أشعر ، وأقطع أصابعي حتى تلبي النتيجة توقعاتي! هناك طعم حقيقي للسقوط مع هذه الوصفة مع البقان وشراب القيقب وشوكولاتة الحليب ، وكل ذلك مع قليل من القرفة. فرحة! أحب أن أتذوقها على الإفطار أو تناول قطعة صغيرة لتناول وجبة خفيفة (نعم ، حتى في عمري ، ما زلت أقوم بإعداد وجبات خفيفة !!).
وصفة :
145 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
125 جرام سكر القصب الكامل
50 جرام سكر
210 جرام كريمة ثقيلة كاملة
2 بيض
130 جرام شراب القيقب
315 جرام طحين
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
5 جرام بيكنج بودر
125 جرام من جوز البقان
125 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة بالحليب
في وعاء ، ضعي الزبدة شبه المملحة والسكر الكامل والسكر والقشدة والبيض وشراب القيقب. امزج للحصول على نوع من الكريمة.
في وعاء آخر ، ضعي الدقيق والقرفة والبيكنج باودر.
صب خليط الدقيق في الكريمة.
نضيف البقان المقطع إلى قطع ورقائق شوكولاتة الحليب.
صب في قوالب المافن الخاصة بك حيث كنت قد انزلقت مسبقًا صندوقًا ورقيًا في كل بصمة.
اخبزيها على حرارة 160 درجة مئوية لمدة 50 دقيقة. انتفخ الكعك بشكل جيد!
كالعادة ، كنت أصنع قوالب المافن الذرية ، قوالب “صينية التاج الكبيرة” التي اشتريتها منذ سنوات في مونتريال. ولكن من الصعب العثور عليها اليوم أو أنها باهظة الثمن على أمازون. لكن هذه الوصفة تعمل بشكل مثالي مع أكواب المافن الكلاسيكية !! ؟؟؟؟
