Después de mi viaje a Grecia, ¡tengo un montón de recetas en mente que quiero compartir con vosotros! Aquí, una sencilla de uvas cocidas con azúcar que da algo entre mermelada, compota y fruta en almíbar. Es una verdadera delicia con un yogur griego muy espeso. Lo comí el último día de mi estancia. Si hubiera sabido que me iba a gustar tanto, me lo habría comido desde el principio. Fue muy bueno. ¡De todos modos, me he vengado, porque he hecho un montón de ellos en el taller para publicarlos en mi blog de cocina!
Receta para 1kg de glyko stafyli :
1kg de uvas blancas sin semillas
500g de azúcar
150 ml de agua
1 rodaja de limón
Para esta receta, utilice uvas blancas sin semillas.
Sáquelas de sus racimos y enjuáguelas en agua fría.
Ponerlas en un cazo con el azúcar.
Vierta el agua y coloque la rodaja de limón encima.
Llevar a ebullición.
Dejar cocer durante casi una hora a fuego moderado.
Remover de vez en cuando.
El jarabe tomará un bonito color.
Detener el fuego cuando el jarabe se espese un poco. Ten cuidado de no hacerlo demasiado grueso tampoco, ya que se volverá aún más espeso cuando se enfríe. Dejar enfriar y guardar en un frasco.
Con el yogur griego, sobre todo con el estrangisto más espeso, ¡es una delicia!
