Depois da minha viagem à Grécia, tenho muitas receitas em mente que quero partilhar convosco! Aqui, uma simples de uvas açucaradas que dá algo entre compota, compota e fruta em calda. É um verdadeiro deleite com um iogurte grego muito espesso. Eu tinha comido isto no último dia da minha estadia. Se eu soubesse que ia gostar tanto, tê-lo-ia comido desde o início. Foi tão bom. Seja como for, vinguei-me, porque fiz muitas delas no workshop para publicar no meu blogue de culinária!
Receita para 1kg de glyko stafyli :
1kg de uvas brancas sem sementes
500g de açúcar
150ml de água
1 fatia de limão
Para esta receita, utilizar uvas brancas sem sementes.
Removê-los dos seus aglomerados e enxaguá-los em água fria.
Colocá-los numa caçarola com o açúcar.
Verter na água e colocar a fatia de limão em cima.
Levar à ebulição.
Deixar cozinhar durante quase uma hora em lume moderado.
Mexer de vez em quando.
O xarope ganhará uma cor agradável.
Parar o calor quando o xarope engrossa um pouco. Tenha cuidado para não o tornar demasiado espesso também, uma vez que ficará ainda mais espesso à medida que arrefece. Deixar arrefecer e guardar num frasco.
Com iogurte grego, especialmente o estrangisto mais espesso, é um deleite!
Servir o iogurte refrigerado com o glyko stafyli disponível. Tenha cuidado, vai muito depressa!
