Con el frío que hace, me apetece un poco de confort culinario. Las galletas de nuevo sí, pero con el marmoleado de la propagación. Por supuesto, puede utilizar Nutella si lo desea, pero para mi receta he utilizado una pasta similar, pero sin aceite de palma. El resultado es delicioso y totalmente decadente…
Receta de galletas :
160 g de mantequilla semisalada
150g de azúcar
100g de vergeoise marrón
1 huevo + 1 yema
1 cucharada de vainilla líquida
285g de harina
1/4 de cucharadita de polvo de hornear
220 g de chispas de chocolate con leche
200 g de pasta de avellana
Poner la mantequilla, el azúcar y la vergeoise marrón en el bol del robot de cocina o en un recipiente.
Mezclar hasta que esté cremoso, luego añadir el huevo entero, una yema y la vainilla líquida.
Mezclar de nuevo y añadir la harina y la levadura.
Amasar hasta conseguir una masa homogénea y luego añadir los trozos de chocolate con leche (o trozos como aquí).

Esta es la pasta para untar sin aceite de palma que compré. Lo encontré en Casino, seguramente hay otras marcas que son aún mejores.
Verter en la masa.
Remover brevemente con un cuchillo para que la pasta para untar no se incorpore a la masa de galletas. De lo contrario, se corre el riesgo de tener una pasta mixta.
Hacer galletas con una cuchara de helado. Lleno hasta el borde y luego pongo 9 por plato.
