Com o tempo frio à volta, apetece-me algum conforto culinário! Biscoitos de novo sim, mas com o marmoreamento da propagação. Pode naturalmente usar Nutella se desejar, mas para a minha receita usei uma pasta semelhante, mas sem óleo de palma. O resultado é delicioso e totalmente decadente.
Receita de bolacha :
160g de manteiga semi-salgada
150g de açúcar
100g de vergeoise castanha
1 ovo + 1 gema
1 colher de sopa de baunilha líquida
285g de farinha
1/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó
220g de pedaços de chocolate de leite
200g de avelã para barrar
Colocar a manteiga, o açúcar e a vergeoise castanha na tigela do processador de alimentos ou num recipiente.
Misturar até ficar cremoso, depois adicionar o ovo inteiro, uma gema e a baunilha líquida.
Misturar novamente e depois adicionar a farinha e o fermento.
Amassar a uma massa lisa e depois adicionar as lascas de chocolate de leite (ou pedaços como aqui).

Este é o barrar sem óleo de palma que comprei. Encontrei-o no Casino, há provavelmente outras marcas que são ainda melhores.
Verter para a massa.
Mexer brevemente com uma faca para que o creme não seja incorporado na massa do biscoito. Caso contrário, arriscamo-nos a ter uma pasta mista.
Fazer biscoitos com uma colher de gelado. Preencho até à borda e depois ponho 9 por prato.
