Una receta lista para meter en el horno en pocos minutos, ¡perfecta para calmar una cookitis aguda! Esta vez os propongo una versión con pistachos y chips de chocolate blanco para un momento muy regresivo. Con un toque de sal y polvo de pistacho entero, me parecen irresistibles…
Receta para unas diez galletas:
115 g de mantequilla semisalada
160g de azúcar blanco
60 g de pistacho en polvo
200g de harina
1 huevo (50 g sin cáscara)
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla líquido
90g de pistachos tostados sin sal
100 g de chispas de chocolate blanco
Poner en un bol la mantequilla, el azúcar y el polvo de pistacho.
Mezclar bien para obtener una especie de crema. Añadir el huevo y la vainilla.
Mezclar y añadir la harina.
Una pequeña mezcla y terminar con los pistachos tostados sin sal (si no, se pueden utilizar pistachos crudos durante 16 minutos a 165°C a temperatura de ventilador) y los trozos de chocolate blanco.
Una mezcla y ya está. Confirmo que no utilizo levadura ni gasificante.
Hacer bolas ligeramente aplanadas de 75 g. Yo los horneé en un tapete de silicona para hornear, pero un simple trozo de papel para hornear de buena calidad servirá.
Hornear durante 12 minutos a 165°C en un horno precalentado con el calor subido.
Dejar enfriar antes de pelar. Para disfrutar en caliente o a temperatura ambiente.
