Uma receita pronta a colocar no forno em poucos minutos, perfeita para acalmar um cookitis agudo! Desta vez proponho uma versão com pistácios e pedaços de chocolate branco para um momento muito regressivo. Com um toque de sal e pó de pistácio inteiro, acho-os irresistíveis…
Receita para cerca de dez biscoitos:
115g de manteiga semi-salgada
160g de açúcar branco
60g de pó de pistachio
200g de farinha
1 ovo (50g sem casca)
1 colher de chá de extracto líquido de baunilha
90g pistácios assados não salgados
100g de pedaços de chocolate branco
Colocar a manteiga, o açúcar e o pó de pistachio numa tigela.
Misturar bem para obter uma espécie de creme. Acrescentar o ovo e a baunilha.
Misturar e adicionar a farinha.
Misturar um pouco e terminar com os pistácios assados não salgados (caso contrário pode usar pistácios crus durante 16 minutos a 165°C num ventilador) e as lascas de chocolate branco.
Uma mistura e estás feito! Confirmo que não utilizo qualquer levedura ou agente levedante.
Fazer bolas ligeiramente achatadas de 75g. Cozi-os num tapete de silicone, mas um simples pedaço de papel de cozinha de boa qualidade serve.
Cozer durante 12 minutos a 165°C num forno pré-aquecido com o calor ligado.
Deixar arrefecer antes de descascar. Para ser desfrutado quente ou à temperatura ambiente!
