Las galletas de almendra son finas galletas de pasta corta con vergeo marrón y almendras fileteadas. Perfectamente crujientes, son ideales para el té. Sencillo de hacer y delicioso.
Receta de galletas de almendra:
-210g de azúcar moreno vergeo
-270g de harina
-100g de almendras laminadas
-170g de mantequilla blanda
-1 cucharada de leche
Poner la mantequilla blanda y la vergeoise marrón en un bol.
Mezclar hasta obtener una crema.
Añadir las almendras laminadas y la cucharada de leche.
Añadir la harina de una vez.
Mezclar sin insistir hasta obtener una bola de masa.
Poner la masa en forma rectangular y luego envolverla en film transparente.
Dejar en un lugar fresco durante al menos 2 horas o hasta que la masa esté dura.
Precalentar el horno a 180°C. Cortar rodajas finas de la masa.
Colocar las galletas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
Hornear durante 12 minutos a 180°C y luego enfriar sobre una rejilla.
Guárdelos en una caja hermética tipo «lock&lock» en un lugar seco.
