As bolachas de amêndoas são biscoitos finos de pão curto com vergôntea castanha e amêndoas fendidas. Perfeitamente estaladiças, são ideais para chá. Simples de fazer e delicioso.
Receita para bolachas de amêndoa:
-210g de açúcar mascavado de vergeoise
-270g de farinha
-100g de amêndoas em flocos
-170g de manteiga mole
-1 colher de sopa de leite
Colocar a manteiga suave e a vergôntea castanha numa tigela.
Misturar a um creme.
Acrescentar as amêndoas em flocos e a colher de sopa de leite.
Acrescentar a farinha de uma só vez.
Misturar sem insistir para obter uma bola de massa.
Colocar a massa numa forma rectangular e depois embrulhá-la em película aderente.
Deixar num local fresco durante pelo menos 2 horas ou até que a massa seja dura.
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C. Cortar fatias finas da massa.
Colocar as bolachas sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Cozer durante 12 minutos a 180°C e depois arrefecer sobre uma grelha de arame.
Guarde-os numa caixa tipo “lock&lock” hermética num local seco.
