Esta es una receta realmente deliciosa de fideos fritos asiáticos. El pato con la salsa char siu debe prepararse con antelación. Si se prepara la víspera, la comida puede prepararse en muy poco tiempo el mismo día, ya que los fideos se saltean muy rápidamente. Tengo un montón de variaciones de fideos salteados, ¡pero tengo que empezar por algún sitio! Son realmente sabrosos y tienen el auténtico sabor de que se come en China.
Receta para 4 personas:
-4 cucharadas de aceite
-1 zanahoria
-3 rodajas de jengibre
-2 dientes de ajo
-una docena de cebollinos chinos
-una cucharadita de azúcar
una cucharada cucharada de salsa de ostras
una cucharada de salsa de soja clara
-200g de brotes de soja
-2 pechugas de pato char siu (ver la preparación de la salsa AQUÍ)
-Fideos chinos cocidos un minuto menos de lo que dice el paquete
Prepare dos pechugas de pato salsa char siu. A continuación, basta con cocinarlo en trozos pequeños con la salsa hasta que esté cocido. ¡Esto es muy rápido en el horno!

Cocer los fideos elegidos (normalmente 4 minutos) con un minuto menos, ya que se cocinarán de nuevo en la salsa.
Cortar el jengibre en rodajas (se puede dejar la piel, ¡yo lo hago a menudo!) y luego en pequeños cubos. Haga lo mismo con el ajo.
Preparar la cebolla china quitando la raíz pequeña y cortándola en trozos de 3-4 cm de largo.
Calentar el aceite en un wok (a fuego fuerte), añadir la cebolleta, el ajo y el jengibre en trozos pequeños y la zanahoria en palitos.
Cocinar durante 3 minutos a fuego muy alto, luego añadir el pato cortado en pequeñas rodajas.
Mezclar bien.
Añadir los brotes de soja.
Salsa de ostras, azúcar y salsa de soja.
Añadir los fideos precocidos y escurridos.
Mezclar bien y cocinar durante 3-4 minutos en la salsa, que será absorbida por los fideos muy rápidamente.
