Más que una receta, es una idea para acompañar un plato. La calabaza espagueti es realmente sorprendente: fibras que se desenredan con un tenedor y se obtiene una carne fibrosa. Para ser disfrutado con crema, de la manera más simple posible. Verás que esta verdura se puede preparar sola. Lo metemos en el horno y ¡a saltar! ¡Está listo! Fue gracias a una amiga, Audrey, que descubrí esta verdura, que hago muy a menudo en casa este otoño.
Receta de espaguetis asados:
-1 espagueti de calabaza
-sal pimienta
-Aceite de calabaza
Crema:
-30 cl de nata doble
-sel
-Pimienta de Chechuán
-1 manojo de cebollinos
Las instrucciones :
Esta es la famosa calabaza espagueti. Un vegetal bastante increíble, por decir algo.
Basta con meterlo en el horno precalentado a 190°C durante 50 minutos. Ponerlo en un plato y dejarlo entero: ¡eso es!
Transcurrido este tiempo, ábrelo por la mitad y retira las semillas, como si fuera un melón. Vuelva a meter la calabaza abierta en el horno durante 20 minutos.
Para obtener los «espaguetis», rallar la calabaza con un tenedor: las fibras están a lo largo de la cáscara.
Picar finamente el manojo de cebollino.
Ponerlo en la crema con sal y pimienta de Szechuan.
Mezclar, probar y rectificar la sazón.
Todo lo que tienes que hacer es poner la calabaza en la mesa. Poner un poco de cebollino sobre la carne rallada, sal y pimienta, un poco de aceite de calabaza (¡o de oliva!) y ahí con la sabrosa crema…
