Ya he publicado bastantes recetas de granola de varios tipos, pero me gusta tanto que quería hacer otra versión. Por supuesto, puedes cambiar los frutos secos a tu gusto. ¡La receta se prepara en sólo 5 minutos y es perfecta para el desayuno o la merienda!
Granola (para un cuadrado de 18 cm) :
150g de avena
65 g de azúcar glas
20 g de harina de maíz
25 pipas de girasol
25 pipas de calabaza
40 g de pasas sultanas
25 g de arándanos secos
35g de agua
85 g de mantequilla semisalada
30g de miel
Pon en un cuenco los copos de avena, el azúcar y la harina de maíz.
Añade los frutos secos y las semillas.
Vierte el agua, la mantequilla y la miel en un cazo. Calienta justo hasta que se derrita la mantequilla.
Vierte el contenido del recipiente en el cazo y caliéntalo durante 1 minuto a fuego lento sin dejar de remover.
Verter en un marco o molde de 18 cm x 18 cm forrado con papel sulfurizado y repartir uniformemente.
Hornea durante 20-25 minutos a 170°C. Adapta el proceso de cocción a tu horno.
Déjalo enfriar antes de cortarlo en trozos y guárdalo en una lata hermética.
