Instructions

Mettez les flocons d’avoine, le sucre et la maïzena dans un récipient.
Ajoutez les fruits secs et les graines.
Dans une casserole, versez l’eau, le beurre et le miel. Faites chauffer juste suffisamment pour le beurre fondu.
Versez le contenu du récipient dans la casserole et faites chauffer 1 minute sur feu doux tout en mélangeant.
Versez dans un cadre ou un moule garni de papier sulfurisé, de 18cm de côté, puis étalez uniformément.
Faites cuire 20-25 minutes à 170°C. Adaptez la cuisson à votre four.
Laissez refroidir avant de couper en morceaux et conservez dans une boite hermétique.

I’ve already posted quite a few granola recipes of various kinds, but I love it so much that I wanted to make yet another version. You can, of course, change the dried fruit as you wish. The recipe takes just 5 minutes to prepare and is perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Granola (for an 18cm square) :

150g of oatmeal
65g caster sugar
20g cornflour
25 sunflower seeds
25 pumpkin seeds
40g raisins
25g dried cranberries
35g of water
85g semi-salted butter
30g of honey

Place the rolled oats, sugar and cornflour in a bowl.

Add dried fruit and seeds.

Pour the water, butter and honey into a saucepan. Heat just enough to melt the butter.

Pour the contents of the container into the saucepan and heat for 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly.

Pour into a greaseproof paper-lined frame or mould, 18cm square, then spread evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170°C. Adapt the cooking process to your oven.

Leave to cool before cutting into pieces and storing in an airtight tin.
