Con los amigos, a veces comemos en el Bouillon de París. ¡Es realmente barato, bien servido y muy bueno! He pedido este plato varias veces y he pensado en ofrecérselo, ya que es muy sencillo y, sobre todo, ¡sólo se tarda 5 minutos en hacerlo! Con el frío, es el tipo de comida rápida y fácil que deleita el paladar. Al final es casi un plato infantil adaptado a los adultos, ¡la tartufata lo transforma por completo!
Recette pour 4 personnes :
350 g de marisco
300 g de jamón, cortado en lonchas gruesas
4 cucharadas de tartufata
15 cl de nata líquida
2 trozos grandes de mantequilla salada
un poco de cebollino finamente picado
un chorrito de aceite de trufa, si tiene a mano.
Instructions :
Esta receta está lista en 5 minutos. Cocer las conchas en agua hirviendo con sal, el tiempo indicado suele ser de 3 minutos.
Tomar rodajas gruesas de jamón para hacer cubos pequeños.
Cuando las coquilletes estén listas, volver a ponerlas en la sartén a fuego lento con la crema y la tartufata.
Mezclar bien, añadir el jamón y la mantequilla.
Un poco de cebollino, un chorrito de aceite de trufa si tienes en la alacena y ¡listo!
Lo único que tienes que hacer es sentarte a comer.
