Com os amigos, por vezes comemos no Bouillon em Paris. É realmente barato, bem servido e muito bom! Encomendei este prato várias vezes e pensei poder oferecer-lho, pois é tão simples e, sobretudo, demora apenas 5 minutos a fazer! Com o tempo frio, é o tipo de comida rápida e fácil que delicia as papilas gustativas. No final é quase um prato de criança adaptado aos adultos, com os tartufados a transformá-lo completamente!
Recette pour 4 personnes :
350g de moluscos
300g de presunto, fatiado grosseiramente
4 colheres de sopa de tartufata
15cl de creme líquido
2 grandes puxadores de manteiga salgada
um pouco de cebolinho finamente cortado
um fio de azeite de trufas, se tiver algum à mão!
Instructions :
Esta receita está pronta em 5 minutos! Cozinhar as conchas em água com sal a ferver, o tempo indicado é normalmente de 3 minutos.
Pegar em fatias grossas de presunto para fazer cubos pequenos.
Quando as coquillettes estiverem prontas, devolva-as à panela em lume brando com o creme e tartufata.
Misturar bem, adicionar o presunto e a manteiga.
Um pouco de cebolinho, um fio de azeite de trufas se tiver algum no armário e já está!
Tudo o que tem de fazer é sentar-se para comer!
