Esta es una receta rápida y fácil de preparar. ¡Pero es aún más rápido de comer porque esta receta es muy deliciosa! No hay que confundirlo con la receta de fondant de chocolate, igualmente deliciosa.
Receta de «mi-cuits a chocolat» para 4 pasteles pequeños:
-100g de chocolate al 65%
-100g de azúcar glas
-100g de mantequilla salada
-2 huevos + 2 yemas
-50g de harina
Mezclar las yemas, los huevos y el azúcar glas sin blanquear. Sólo hay que mezclarlos para que la textura de los pasteles sea demasiado ligera y estos pasteles son buenos porque no tienen nada de ligeros.
Derretir el chocolate y la mantequilla en el microondas o al baño María.
Añadir el chocolate/mantequilla derretido a la mezcla de azúcar/huevo. Remover sin insistir. (¡Ignoren al baterista de la foto! No cometas el mismo error que yo).
A continuación, añadir la harina a la mezcla.
Mezclar bien.
Engrasar 4 ramequines pequeños de aluminio con el spray de grasa desmoldante que mencioné en mi receta de canelés .
Vierta la masa.
Dejar reposar en un lugar fresco mientras se precalienta el horno a 200°C.
Hornee los pasteles hasta que se forme una corteza en la parte superior si le gustan los pasteles muy fluidos (unos 8 minutos), o un poco más para que se endurezca el interior del pastel. El secreto de estos pasteles reside en su interior muy suave. Sacar los pasteles del horno y dejarlos reposar durante 1 minuto antes de invertirlos en un plato.
Sacar y servir inmediatamente. La cuchara romperá la ligera corteza y el interior comenzará a fluir.
