Esta é uma receita rápida e fácil de preparar. Mas é ainda mais rápido de comer porque esta receita é tão deliciosa! Não confundir com a igualmente deliciosa receita de fondant de chocolate!
Receita de “mi-cuits a chocolat” para 4 pequenos bolos:
-100g de chocolate a 65%
-100g de açúcar de confeiteiro
-100g de manteiga com sal
-2 ovos + 2 gemas
-50g de farinha
Misturar as gemas, ovos e açúcar de confeiteiro sem branqueamento. Só se quer misturá-los, senão a textura dos bolos será demasiado leve e estes bolos são bons porque não há nada de leve neles!
Derreter o chocolate e a manteiga no microondas ou em banho-maria.
Acrescentar o chocolate/manteiga derretida à mistura açúcar/ovos. Mexer sem insistir. (Ignore o baterista na fotografia! Não cometa o mesmo erro que eu cometi!)
Em seguida, adicionar a farinha à mistura.
Misturar bem.
Graxa 4 pequenos ramequins de alumínio com o spray de graxa de libertação que mencionei na minha receita de canelés .
Verter a massa.
Deixar repousar num local fresco enquanto se pré-aquece o forno a 200°C.
Cozer os bolos até se formar uma crosta no topo se gostar de bolos muito a pingar (cerca de 8 minutos), ou um pouco mais de tempo para firmar o interior do bolo. O segredo destes bolos reside no seu interior muito liso. Retirar os bolos do forno e deixar repousar durante 1 minuto antes de inverter cada um deles num prato.
Apareça e sirva imediatamente! A colher irá quebrar a crosta luminosa e o interior começará a fluir!
