هذه وصفة سريعة وسهلة للتحضير. ولكن حتى أسرع من تناول هذه الوصفة فهي لذيذة جدا !! لا ينبغي الخلط بينه وبين وصفة الفوندان اللذيذة على حد سواء!
وصفة “شوكولاتة نصف مطبوخة” لأربعة كعكات:
-100 جرام شوكولاتة 65٪
– 100 جرام سكر بودرة
– 100 جرام زبدة مملحة
– 2 بيضة + 2 صفار
– 50 جرام طحين
اخلطي الصفار والبيض والسكر البودرة دون تبييض كل شيء. نريد فقط مزجها وإلا سيكون قوام الكعك خفيفًا جدًا وهذه الكعك جيدة لأنه لا يوجد شيء خفيف عنها!
تذوب الشوكولاتة والزبدة في الميكروويف أو في حمام ماري.
أضف الشوكولاتة المذابة / الزبدة إلى خليط السكر / البيض. امزج دون إصرار. (تجاهل الطبال في الصورة! لا ترتكب نفس الخطأ الذي ارتكبته!)
ثم نضيف الدقيق إلى الخليط.
خلط جيد.
شحم4 قوالب صغيرة من الألومنيوم مع قنبلة إطلاق الشحوم التي أذكرها في وصفة الكانيلز الخاصة بي .
صب الخليط.
اتركيه ليبرد أثناء التسخين المسبق للفرن إلى 200 درجة مئوية.
اخبز الكعك حتى تتكون قشرة فوقها إذا كنت تحب الكعك شديد السيلان (حوالي 8 دقائق) ، أو أكثر بقليل لتماسك الكيك من الداخل. يكمن كل اهتمام هذه الكعك في هذا الجزء الداخلي شديد السائلة. أخرجي الكيك من الفرن واتركيه يرتاح لمدة دقيقة قبل قلب كل منها على طبق.
انزع القالب وخدم على الفور! ستكسر الملعقة القشرة الخفيفة وسيبدأ التسرب من الداخل!
