Después de mis clases de cocina asiática, a veces me sobran ingredientes. Esta vez tenía un montón de fideos de arroz y leche de coco. ¡En menos de 20 minutos, este plato está hecho y es una verdadera bomba de sabor! Bueno, soy un fanático del satay, así que no soy muy objetivo. ¡Pero qué delicia! Por supuesto, puedes cambiar la carne por la de tu elección, o hacer una versión con gambas o vegetariana.
Para 2 personas:
150g de carne, aquí he cogido lomo de cerdo
1/2 cebolla blanca
1 media zanahoria
2 cebollinos chinos
170 g de fideos de arroz semisecos
3 cucharaditas de polvo de satay
150 ml de agua
150 ml de leche de coco
1 puñado pequeño de cacahuetes tostados sin sal
cebollas fritas para espolvorear (opcional)
Estos son los fideos que compro para este plato. Tomo este paquete, que es muy fácil de encontrar en la sección de frescos de las tiendas de comestibles asiáticas. Estos son los fideos para el pho, pero son perfectos en este plato.
Y este es el polvo satinado que tomo. Es delicioso y no es caro. No es nada picante y, sobre todo, es muy sabroso.
Cortar la carne elegida en trozos pequeños. Tomé un filet mignon que se mantuvo tierno a pesar de la cocción.
Pelar la media cebolla blanca y cortarla en tiras, hacer lo mismo con la media zanahoria para cortarla en bastones. Picar finamente el cebollino, quitando sólo las raíces pequeñas.
Poner todo en un wok con 3-4 cucharadas de aceite y el cerdo.
Cocinar a fuego bastante alto. Si no tienes un wok, una sartén servirá, ¡incluso una simple sartén!
La carne debe estar cocida y un buen indicador de su cocción será también el cambio de color de la zanahoria.
A continuación, añada los fideos y el agua.
Mezclar y cocinar hasta que el agua haya desaparecido por completo. Los fideos estarán perfectamente cocidos una vez que se haya absorbido el agua.
Vierta el polvo de satay y la leche de coco.
Cocer de nuevo hasta que esté cremoso.
Por último, añade cacahuetes picados y sirve caliente con un poco más de cebolleta y cebolla frita.
Para el color he vuelto a poner un poco de polvo satinado.
Coupez la viande choisie en petits morceaux. J'ai pris du filet mignon qui reste tendre malgré la cuisson.
Épluchez le demi oignon blanc et coupez-le en lamelles, faites de même avec la demi-carotte à couper en bâtonnets. Hachez finement les ciboules en enlevant juste les petites racines. Mettez le tout dans un wok avec 3-4 cuillerées à soupe d'huile et le porc.
Faites cuire sur feu assez vif. Si vous n'avez pas de wok, une sauteuse fera l'affaire, même une simple poêle !
La viande doit cuire et un bon indicateur de cuisson sera aussi le changement de couleur de la carotte. Ajoutez alors les nouilles et l'eau.
Mélangez et faites cuire jusqu'à disparition totale de l'eau. Les nouilles vont être parfaitement cuite une fois l'eau absorbée. Versez la poudre de saté et le lait de coco.
Faites cuire de nouveau jusqu'à rendre le tout bien crémeux.
Ajoutez enfin des cacahuètes hachées puis servez très chaud avec un peu de ciboule supplémentaire et d'oignons frits ! Pour la couleur je remets un peu de poudre de saté.
