¡Este es un gran clásico de la cocina americana! Data de finales del siglo XIX, probablemente de Chicago, y es un tipo de pastel de chocolate sin levadura, por lo que es bastante plano y ligeramente poco cocido. Cortado en cuadrados, el brownie es delicioso y se deshace en la boca. Tengo una receta de brownie muy inusual para ti, con cacao en polvo y mantequilla oscura. Su textura es perfectamente suave y desprende el aroma de las avellanas. ¡Una receta que hay que probar urgentemente!
Receta para 16 porciones de «Nut Brownie»:
-90g de mantequilla blanda -70g de mantequilla salada -270g de azúcar -80g de cacao en polvo sin azúcar (van houten) -1 cucharadita de vainilla líquida -2 cucharaditas de agua -2 huevos grandes -60g de harina -120g de nueces
Comenzar poniendo las mantequillas en un cazo a fuego moderado.
Derretir y hervir la mantequilla.
Cuando la mantequilla empiece a hacer espuma sin hacer ruido, retirar la sartén del fuego. La mantequilla se convirtió en «avellana». Si el fondo de la sartén está un poco tostado (¡no quemado!), es aún mejor.
Pesar juntos el cacao en polvo y el azúcar.
Añadirlos a la sartén (fuera del fuego).
Mezclar enérgicamente con un batidor.
Añadir las dos cucharaditas de agua y la vainilla líquida.
Mezclar enérgicamente y dejar enfriar durante 5 minutos.
Después de 5 minutos, añadir los huevos de uno en uno, removiendo cada vez.
Cuando la mezcla sea homogénea, añadir la harina.
Mezclar y luego añadir las nueces.
Vierta la masa en un molde cuadrado de 21 x 21 forrado con papel de horno. También rocío con spray antiadherente.
