هنا هو كلاسيكي رائع من المطبخ الأمريكي! يعود تاريخها إلى نهاية القرن التاسع عشر ، ربما من شيكاغو ، وهي نوع من كعكة الشوكولاتة بدون خميرة ، لذا فهي مسطحة تمامًا وغير مطبوخة قليلاً. مقطعة إلى مربعات ، البراوني لذيذة وتذوب في الفم. أقدم لكم وصفة براوني غير معتادة ، مع مسحوق الكاكاو والزبدة السوداء. قوامه ناعم تمامًا ويطلق رائحة البندق. وصفة لا بد من تجربتها!
وصفة لـ 16 حصة من “الجوز براوني”:
– 90 جرام زبدة غير مملحة – 70 جرام زبدة مملحة – 270 جرام سكر – 80 جرام من مسحوق الكاكاو غير المحلى (فان هوتين) -1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الماء -2 بيضة كبيرة – 60 جرام طحين – 120 جرام جوز
علق بوضع الزبدة في قدر على نار معتدلة.
دع الزبدة تذوب وتغلي.
عندما تبدأ الزبدة بالرغوة بهدوء ، أبعد المقلاة عن الحرارة. أصبحت الزبدة “جوزية”. إذا كان الجزء السفلي من المقلاة محمصًا قليلاً (غير محترق !!) ، فهذا أفضل.
ازن مسحوق الكاكاو والسكر معًا.
أضفهم إلى القدر (بعيدًا عن النار).
تخلط بخفة بمضرب بيض.
أضف ملعقتين صغيرتين من الماء والفانيليا السائلة.
تخلط بقوة ثم تترك لتبرد لمدة 5 دقائق.
بعد 5 دقائق ، أضيفي البيض واحدًا تلو الآخر مع الخلط في كل مرة.
عندما يصبح المزيج ناعمًا ، أضيفي الدقيق.
تخلط ثم تضاف المكسرات.
صب الخليط في مقلاة مربعة مقاس 21 × 21 مبطنة بورق الزبدة. أنا أيضًا أقوم برش رذاذ إطلاق القالب غير اللاصق.
حتى خارج الخليط في المقلاة باستخدام ملعقة.
اخبزيها في درجة حرارة 165 درجة مئوية لمدة 25 دقيقة.
