¿Otra receta de San Valentín? ¡Sí! Y quiero volver a darles las gracias a todos ellos. Esta vez también (después de las delicias) otra receta muy sencilla, tuiles de coco. Un pequeño y crujiente dulce con sabor a isla. El coco caramelizado es perfecto y acompañará a la perfección un cremoso sorbete de frutas (plátano, guayaba, piña…).
Receta para 24 tejas de coco:
-200g de coco rallado
-200g de azúcar
-170g de huevo
-20 g de mantequilla blanda derretida
Precalentar el horno a 175°C.
Poner el coco y el azúcar en un bol.
Mezclar y luego añadir los huevos batidos (¡para pesarlos hay que batirlos!).
Mezclar y añadir la mantequilla derretida.
¡La masa está lista! (¡demasiado duro!)
Hacer 24 albóndigas del tamaño de una nuez y colocarlas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
Aplastar las albóndigas con un tenedor.
Para obtener baldosas planas.
Introducir en el horno a 175°C durante 15 minutos, vigilando la temperatura y adaptándola a su horno… Las baldosas deben estar doradas.
Retirarlas de la bandeja de hornear y enfriarlas sobre un rodillo o una bandeja para baldosas (o un molde para baguettes).
Se endurecen bastante rápido.
¡Cómelos tal cual o con helado!
Tuiles Coco
Cette fois encore (après les gourmandises) une autre recette très simple, les tuiles coco. Une petite douceur toute croustillante au parfum des îles. La noix de coco caramélisée est parfaite et se mariera à la perfection avec un sorbet crémeux aux fruits (bananes, goyave, ananas…).
