وصفة أخرى لعيد الحب ؟ نعم! وما زلت أريد أن أشكرهم جميعًا! هذه المرة مرة أخرى (بعد الأطباق الشهية) وصفة أخرى بسيطة للغاية ، بلاط جوز الهند. قليل من الحلاوة المقرمشة برائحة الجزر. جوز الهند بالكراميل مثالي ويتناسب تمامًا مع شربات الفاكهة الكريمية (الموز والجوافة والأناناس …).
وصفة لـ 24 بلاط جوز الهند:
-200 جرام جوز هند مبشور
– 200 جرام سكر
– 170 جرام بيض
– 20 غ من الزبدة المذابة غير المملحة
سخني الفرن على 175 درجة مئوية.
ضعي جوز الهند والسكر في وعاء.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي البيض المخفوق (لوزنهم يجب أن تضربهم!).
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الزبدة المذابة.
العجين جاهز! (صعب جدا!)
اصنعي 24 كرة بحجم الجوز وضعيها على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق برشمان.
تُهرس كرات اللحم بالشوكة.
من أجل الحصول على البلاط المسطح.
تخبز على درجة حرارة 175 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 دقيقة ، هل تشاهد وتتكيف مع فرنك؟ يجب أن يكون البلاط ذهبي اللون!
أخرجيها من صينية الخبز ثم ضعيها لتبرد على درفلة أو صفيحة خبز بالبلاط (أو حتى قالب الرغيف الفرنسي).
إنها تصلب بسرعة كبيرة.
تناولها كما هي أو مع الآيس كريم!

Cette fois encore (après les gourmandises) une autre recette très simple, les tuiles coco. Une petite douceur toute croustillante au parfum des îles. La noix de coco caramélisée est parfaite et se mariera à la perfection avec un sorbet crémeux aux fruits (bananes, goyave, ananas…).
