Las albóndigas de almendra y naranja son pequeños pasteles que combinan perfectamente con el té a la menta. Son muy sabrosas con su sabor a almendra, naranja y azahar. ¡Un billete sencillo para Rabat en el Café Maure!
Receta para 4 personas:
-250g de polvo de almendra
-100g de azúcar en polvo
-1 huevo
-la cáscara de una naranja entera sin tratar
-un cuarto de paquete de levadura en polvo
-flor de naranjo
-almendras fileteadas y/o picadas
-helado de azúcar
Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
Poner en un bol la almendra en polvo, el azúcar glas y la levadura.
Añadir el huevo y la ralladura de naranja.
Empezar a mezclar y añadir el azahar. Añadir la cantidad justa de azahar para formar una bola de masa.
Echar las almendras picadas o fileteadas o ambas cosas en los platos. Coge una bola de masa del tamaño de una cereza y pásala por las almendras.
Una vez que todas las bolas han sido rebozadas en almendras, colócalas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
A continuación, espolvorear con azúcar glas con un colador de té. Introducir en el horno y cocinar durante unos 15 minutos.
Enfríelos en una rejilla. Sírvelos una hora después con té de menta.
