Bolinhos de amêndoa e laranja são pequenos bolos que combinam perfeitamente com chá de menta. São muito saborosos com o seu sabor a amêndoa, laranja e flor de laranjeira. Um único bilhete para Rabat no Café Maure!
Receita para 4 pessoas:
-250g de amêndoa em pó
-100g de açúcar pilão
-1 ovo
– a casca de uma laranja inteira não tratada
-um quarto de um pacote de fermento em pó
– flor de laranjeira
-amêndoas colhidas e/ou picadas
-gelado de açúcar
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C.
Colocar a amêndoa em pó, o açúcar refinado e o fermento numa tigela.
Acrescentar o ovo e a casca de laranja.
Começar a misturar e adicionar a flor de laranjeira. Adicionar apenas flor de laranjeira suficiente para formar uma bola de massa.
Verter as amêndoas picadas ou fendidas ou ambas em pratos. Pegue numa bola de massa do tamanho de uma cereja e enrole-a nas amêndoas.
Quando todas as bolas tiverem sido enroladas em amêndoas, colocá-las sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Depois polvilhar com açúcar de confeiteiro utilizando um coador de chá. Colocar no forno e cozinhar durante cerca de 15 minutos.
Arrefecê-los num suporte. Sirva-os uma hora mais tarde com chá de menta!
