كرات اللوز والبرتقال عبارة عن كعكات صغيرة تتناسب تمامًا مع شاي النعناع. إنها لذيذة للغاية بطعمها من اللوز والبرتقال وزهر البرتقال. تذكرة ذهاب فقط إلى الرباط في مقهى موور!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
-250 جرام من مسحوق اللوز
-100 جرام سكر ناعم
-1 بيضة
– نكهة برتقالة كاملة غير معالجة
– ربع باكيت بيكنج بودر
-زهر البرتقال
– لوز مقشر أو / ومقطع
-مسحوق السكر
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
ضعي مسحوق اللوز والسكر الناعم والخميرة في وعاء.
أضف البيض وقشر البرتقال.
ابدأ بالخلط وأضف زهر البرتقال. أضيفي كمية كافية من زهر البرتقال لتشكيل كرة من العجين.
يُسكب اللوز المقطع أو المقطع أو كليهما في الأطباق. نأخذ كرة من العجين بحجم حبة الكرز ولفها في اللوز.
بمجرد أن تدحرج جميع الكرات في اللوز ، ضعها على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق برشمان.
ثم رشهم بالسكر البودرة بمصفاة شاي. نضعها في الفرن ونطبخها لمدة 15 دقيقة.
قم بتبريدها على رف سلكي. قدميها بعد ساعة مع شاي بالنعناع!
