Parfaits pour le goûter des enfants, ces sablés à l’avoine et aux graines de lin sont très faciles à faire et se conservent très bien dans une boite hermétique. En ce moment avec l’écriture du deuxième livre, j’ai le nez tout le temps dans les plats salés. Je me régale mais du coup pour le blog, c’est une récréation que de créer des recettes sucrées. Un peu de patience, les recettes salées vont revenir !
Réduisez vos flocons d’avoine en poudre au mixeur et mélangez-les au sucre, à la farine et à la levure chimique.
Ajoutez les graines de lin.
Mélangez puis ajoutez le beurre froid coupé en morceaux et la vanille liquide.
Mélangez pour réduire le tout en une poudre ressemblant à du sable.
Versez le lait et continuez de mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’une boule de pâte se forme.
Placez la boule dans un film étirable et laissez-la reposer au frais une heure.
Étalez la pâte au rouleau à pâtisserie entre deux feuilles de papier sulfurisé pour éviter qu’elle ne colle sur un plan de travail. Le fait de travailler sur un plan de travail fariné rajouterait trop de farine dans la pâte.
Coupez des formes à l’emporte-pièces.
Faites cuire au four chauffé à 180°C pendant 15 à 20 minutes (suivant votre four) jusqu’à obtenir de belles galettes bien dorées.
