Ce n’est plus tout à fait un sablé ni encore vraiment un cookie. Vous connaissez maintenant mon obsession des sablés. Je ne me lasse jamais de tester de nouvelles façons de faire des petits gâteaux croustillants et rien ne me plaît plus que d’être dans ma cuisine à mettre des ingrédients au pif dans un bol et voir le résultat. Parfois cela ne fonctionne pas. J’ai joué cette fois un peu au savant fou, en prélevant des gênes du cookie pour l’injecter dans un sablé diamant. J’ai attendu le résultat avec angoisse, mais j’ai tout de suite été rassuré par la cuisson, puis la tenue après refroidissement. D’ailleurs le cookie est un cousin éloigné du sablé et la différence se joue parfois sur un œuf…! Cette fois, j’ai mixé l’avoine avec les noix, pour obtenir une poudre très savoureuse. Avec de la farine et du beurre, le résultat est allé au-delà de mes espérances. Une petite perfusion de pépites de chocolat et le tour est joué ! Ces petits gâteaux sont délicieusement croustillants et ils ressembleraient presque à des cookies, mais pas tout à fait! J’ai cherché un nom, mais aucun n’est génial: sakie, sabkie, cooblé, crooskie… Bof! Alors j’attends vos propositions de noms !! Mais ce qui est sûr, c’est que je garde cette recette dans mes favorites…
