Lors d’un brunch chez une amie, Carmella, j’ai pu découvrir d’étonnants petits pains au cacao et aux pépites de chocolat. Évidemment j’ai eu envie d’en faire à la maison. Comme je n’avais pas de recette, il m’a bien fallu la mettre au point. Rien de difficile là dedans. Ce n’est plus vraiment du pain, car j’y mets un peu de sucre, de beurre et de cacao, mais ce n’est pas non plus une brioche. C’est plutôt un pain hybride qui sera tout à fait délicieux coupé en tranches avec un peu de beurre demi-sel tartiné dessus !
