Je lorgnais depuis un moment sur ce moule à madeleine géante de Matfer. Je ne savais pas trop où le trouver et je suis tombé dessus par hasard. Je me suis donc jeté dessus ! Ça, c’est la première raison de cette recette. L’autre, est que je voulais retrouver le goût des madeleines industrielles. Je sais que c’est honteux, mais je trouve que les madeleines du commerce sont parfois très savoureuses. Et pourtant je n’en achète jamais, c’est lorsqu’on m’en propose que je trouve ça très bon. J’ai ici essayé de reproduire la texture et la saveur de l’une des marques connues. Pour le goût, j’ai mis de l’arôme amande amère et c’est délicieux ! Cette madeleine géante (ou en version classique de taille normale !) est prête à passer au four en moins de 5 minutes et envahit la maison d’une odeur alléchante.
Versez la farine, la levure, le sel et l’huile et le sucre dans un récipient.
Mélangez brièvement puis ajoutez le lait et les 80g d’œuf.
Mélangez pour avoir une pâte homogène et sans grumeaux. Versez enfin l’arôme amande amère et mélangez soigneusement.
Voici le moule à madeleine géante de Matfer. Je le graisse avec la bombe de démoulage ou du beurre fondu, puis je farine légèrement. Mais vous pouvez vous en passer et réaliser des madeleines de taille normale.
Faites cuire 50 minutes à 160°C pour la madeleine géante ou 15 minutes pour des petites madeleines.
C’est tout !! Laissez tiédir 5 à 10 minutes avant de démouler.
