Voilà donc tous les éléments à notre disposition. Après plus de 7 essais, je suis parvenu à un résultat presque identique et vous retrouverez chez vous la saveur des ces cookies surprenants!
Mettre le beurre, la margarine et la végétaline dans un bol et mettre à fondre au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes.
Ajouter le sel, la sucre blanc, la vergeoise et quelques gouttes de vanille liquide.
Bien mélanger puis ajouter l’oeuf battu.
Mélanger de nouveau, puis ajouter en une fois la farine.
La pâte est prête. On peut à ce moment séparer la pâte en deux parties (ou quatre si l’on double la recette) en vue d’ajouter dans chaque portion des pastilles de chocolat différentes (lait, noir..).
Puis on peut ajouter dans chaque portion, des pastilles de chocolat (lait, noir, blanc) ou pépites de beurre de cacahuètes.
Bien mélanger puis laisser reposer 45 minutes au frais. Prélever ensuite des boules de pâte. Je prends une cuiller à glace que je remplis au ras. Je racle bien cette cuiller et j’obtiens ainsi la même quantité que les cookies L.Todd (47g).
Disposer sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé. Bien espacer les cookies.
Aplatir avec la paume de la main sur une épaisseur de moins d’un centimètre.
Cuire au four à 135°C pendant 13-14 minutes. Les cookies ont une apparence de pâte non cuite, mais ils vont être parfaits en refroidissant!!
La texture et la couleur changent du tout au tout!
